After sample approval, production takes 25-35 days depending on order size and customization.\n\nWeek 8-10: Shipping. Sea freight takes 25-35 days to US/EU West Coast, longer to East Coast. Air freight is faster but expensive. DDP shipping adds handling time.\n\nTotal timeline: Plan for 2.5 to 3 months from first inquiry to delivery. If you have a specific event date, work backwards and order early.\n\nRush production is available (15-20 days) but costs more. Always build in buffer time for unexpected delays.
